Is this product compatible with my vehicle?
If your vehicle was factory-equipped with a wired CarPlay system, this product is compatible. This applies to vehicles with both wired and wireless CarPlay connections. However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection.

Does the adapter need to be re-paired every time it is used?
No, it's not necessary to re-pair the adapter each time. Once it's properly set up, your phone will automatically connect to the adapter as soon as your vehicle is started.
How do I connect the adapter to my phone?
The adapter is equipped with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hardware. It first establishes a Bluetooth connection to your phone and transmits the Wi-Fi access data. The adapter then disconnects the Bluetooth connection and operates exclusively via Wi-Fi.
Is this product compatible with iPhones?
Yes, this product is compatible with all iPhone models from the iPhone 6 (with iOS 10) to the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Can I connect multiple phones to the adapter?
Yes, it is possible to connect multiple phones to the adapter. The adapter automatically connects to the last paired phone if it is present in the vehicle. If the last paired phone is not available, you can manually connect to a different phone.
Does this product come with installation instructions?
1. Activate Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone.
2. Make sure your phone is not connected to other WiFi or Bluetooth networks, and remove all hands-free connections from your phone and vehicle settings.
3. Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
4. Wait until the user interface appears on the vehicle screen.
5. On your phone, open the list of Bluetooth devices and select the device whose name begins with "AUTO-xx".
6. When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.
7. Once the connection is established, select “Use CarPlay” when the corresponding notification appears.
