Returns & Warranty

Return policy

  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  • Returns are only possible if the goods are unused, in perfect condition and preferably in their original packaging.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in the case of quality defects – in which case we will cover the costs.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days after verification, using the same payment method.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return process

Please notify us of your return in advance by emailing support@ottocast.de . After confirmation, you will receive all information regarding the return address and processing. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.

exchange

An exchange is possible if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us by email for this.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

General information

  • Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
  • Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Statutory warranty

All products are covered by a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. You are entitled to repair or replacement and, if this is not possible, to a reduction in the purchase price or cancellation of the contract.
