In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returns & Warranty

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, a processing fee of €15 will be charged to cover warehousing and handling costs.

Damage and Issues

Please carefully check the product information (including compatibility) and the estimated shipping time before ordering. Whether a return is possible and what costs are incurred depends on the respective reason for return.

  • Defective goods or wrong delivery: In the event of defective goods, damage, or wrong delivery, we will cover the return costs. After reviewing the case, you will receive a replacement or a refund.
  • Withdrawal and voluntary return: For returns without product defects, the customer bears the return costs. This applies within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and the voluntary 30-day return period. Within the 30 days, a processing fee of 15% and any applicable storage costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If you wish to exchange, we will send you a replacement item. If you wish for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days after handling.

For smooth processing, please note the following:

  • Shipping with tracking recommended (e.g., DHL)
  • Correctly state goods value
  • Use neutral goods description (e.g., "Video Interface")
  • No misleading information on the packaging

Legal Warranty

All products are subject to the statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of a warranty claim, you are entitled to rectification or replacement. If this is not possible, the purchase price can be reduced or the contract rescinded.

Returns for Discounted Items

  • For orders without a discount code, a price difference due to promotions or price changes can only be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
  • For a discount promotion for multiple items: If only part of the order is returned, the granted discount for the retained item will be forfeited, and the item will then be charged at its regular price. The refund will be adjusted accordingly. If all discounted items are returned, we will fully refund the amount actually paid. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
