Right of return

  • In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  • Returns are only possible if the goods are unused, in perfect condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of quality defects – in which case we cover the costs.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification using the same payment method.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return process

Please notify us of your return in advance by email to support@ottocast.de . After confirmation, you will receive all information regarding the return address and processing. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Exchange

An exchange is possible if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us by email.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as the goods have not yet been shipped. Cancellation is no longer possible after shipping.

General information

  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
  • Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

Legal warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of two years from the date of delivery. You are entitled to repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, a reduction in the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract.
