Thank you for shopping at ottocast.de. To track your order, please contact support@ottocast.de so we can provide you with the tracking number for your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Period between placing an order and handing the shipment over to the shipping service provider.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may have longer processing times.
  • Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours (excluding public holidays). In these cases, we minimize delivery delays as much as possible.

Total delivery time consists of processing time + shipping time.

Note: Since shipping is handled by DHL/DPD, among others, there may be a 3-4 day delay in updating shipping information. As soon as a tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email once your order has been shipped (the tracking number usually becomes active within 24 hours).
  • Updating tracking information may take 48-72 hours.
  • If you cannot track your package, please contact us – we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to ensure smooth delivery.

  • If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, we are not responsible unless the fault lies with us.
  • If the delivery agent leaves your package in a location deemed "safe" without a signature, we cannot accept liability for this.
  • In cases of returns due to non-acceptance or incorrect address details, we may charge a reasonable processing and return fee of up to 10% of the merchandise value.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Should your order be delayed, please send us an email to support@ottocast.de. We will contact the carrier immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
  • If you cancel after 12 hours of payment, a processing fee of €15 will be charged to cover manual handling costs in the warehouse.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Insurance

Customers who have optionally purchased shipping insurance can claim compensation for loss or damage to their package in accordance with the respective insurance conditions.

Taxes

In rare cases, customs duties, charges, or taxes may apply, which are levied by your government and must be borne by the recipient. We have no influence over the decisions of customs authorities. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
