Thank you for shopping at ottocast.de. To track your order, please contact support@ottocast.de so we can provide you with the tracking number for your order.

Order processing time

  • Period between ordering and handing over the shipment to the shipping service provider.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may take longer to process.
  • Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours (excluding holidays). During these hours, we minimize delivery delays as much as possible.

The total delivery time consists of processing time + shipping time.

Note: Since shipping is handled by DHL/DPD, among others, there may be a delay of 3-4 days for the tracking information to be updated. As soon as a tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email as soon as possible.

Shipment tracking

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped (the tracking number will usually be activated within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during sales or holidays.
  • It may take 48-72 hours for shipment information to be updated.
  • If you are unable to track your package, please contact us – we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery time exceeded

If your order is delayed, please send us an email to support@ottocast.de . We will contact the shipping company immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Cancellations of orders

We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If payment has been completed and the package hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel before delivery—we'll then refund the full amount.

Orders cannot be canceled once the package has already been shipped.

Friendly reminder

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to ensure smooth delivery.
  • If the courier leaves your package without a signature in a location classified as “secure,” we assume no liability.
  • If a package is not delivered and is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect information, restocking and shipping costs of up to 10% of the order value may apply.

Regarding taxes

In rare cases, customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your government may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no influence on customs authorities' decisions. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
