Thank you for shopping at ottocast.de. To track your order, please contact support@ottocast.de so we can provide you with the tracking number.

Order processing time

  • Time period between ordering and handover of the shipment to the shipping service provider.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may take longer to process.
  • Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours (excluding public holidays). In these cases, we minimize delivery delays as much as possible.

The total delivery time consists of processing time + shipping time.

Note: As shipping is handled by DHL/DPD among others, there may be a delay of 3–4 days in updating the shipment information. As soon as a tracking number is available, we will send it to you as quickly as possible via email.

Shipment tracking

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped (the tracking number is usually activated within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer on public holidays.
  • Updating the shipment information may take 48–72 hours.
  • If you are unable to track your package, please contact us – we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery time exceeded

Should your order be delayed, please send us an email to support@ottocast.de. We will contact the shipping company immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order cancellations

We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If payment is complete but the package hasn't yet been shipped, you can cancel before dispatch – we will then refund the full amount.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.

A notice

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to guarantee smooth delivery.
  • Should the delivery person leave your package without a signature in a location classified as "secure", we accept no liability for this.
  • If a package is returned due to non-acceptance or incorrect/missing information, we may charge a flat shipping fee of up to 10% of the order value.

In rare cases, customs duties, levies, or taxes imposed by your government may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no influence over the decisions of customs authorities. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
