Is this product compatible with my vehicle?
If your vehicle has a factory installed wired CarPlay system, this product is compatible. This applies to vehicles with both wired and wireless CarPlay connections. However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection.

Does the adapter need to be re-paired every time it is used?
No, it is not necessary to re-pair the adapter every time it is used. Once set up properly, your phone will automatically connect to the adapter when your vehicle starts.
How does the adapter connect to my phone?
The adapter is equipped with both WiFi and Bluetooth hardware. It will connect to your phone via Bluetooth and send the WiFi credentials. The adapter will then disconnect from the Bluetooth network and work exclusively via WiFi.
Is this product compatible with iPhones?
Yes, this product is compatible with all iPhone models from iPhone 6 (with iOS 10) to iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Can I connect multiple phones to the adapter?
Yes, it is possible to connect multiple phones to the adapter. The adapter will automatically connect to the last paired phone if it is present in the vehicle. If the last paired phone is not available, you can manually connect to the other phone.
Does this product come with installation instructions?
1.Enable the Bluetooth and WiFi networks on your phone.
2. Make sure your phone is not connected to other WiFi or Bluetooth networks and remove all hands-free connections from the phone and vehicle settings.
3. Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
4. Wait for the user interface to appear on the screen.
5. Go to the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone and select the one with a name starting with AUTO-xx.
6. When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.
7. Once connected, select "Use CarPlay" when the notification appears.
How do I update the adapter?
1. Connect your phone to the adapter and wait until CarPlay appears on the screen.
2.Open your web browser and enter the address 192.168.1.101.
3.If an update is available, click it to start the update process.
4. Wait until the update progress bar reaches 100%.
5. Once the update is complete and CarPlay appears on the screen again, the update process is complete.
What is the average connection time for the adapter?
The average connection time for the adapter varies depending on your phone and car, but is typically between 7 and 14 seconds to connect.
When can I expect to receive my order?

Will I be provided with a confirmation number for my order?
