Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy (from receipt of goods). If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, a €15 processing fee will be applied to cover storage and handling costs.

Damages and Issues

Please carefully review the product information (including compatibility) and the estimated shipping time before placing an order. Whether a return is possible and what costs will apply depends on the specific reason for the return.

  • Defective Goods or Incorrect Delivery: We cover the return shipping costs for defective goods, damages, or incorrect deliveries. After reviewing the case, you will receive a replacement or a refund.
  • Withdrawal and Voluntary Returns: For returns without product defects, the customer bears the return shipping costs. This applies during both the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and the voluntary 30-day return period. Within the 30 days, a 15% processing fee as well as any applicable storage costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process

To start a return, please use our return form. You will then receive all further details regarding the return shipment. Returns without prior registration will not be accepted.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If you requested an exchange, we will send a replacement. If you requested a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days.

For smooth processing, please note the following guidelines:

  • Shipping with tracking is recommended (e.g., DHL)
  • Declare the value of goods correctly
  • Use a neutral description of goods (e.g., "Video Interface")
  • No misleading information on the packaging

Statutory Warranty

All products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. In the event of a warranty claim, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If neither is possible, the purchase price may be reduced or the contract canceled.

Returns of Discounted Items

  • For orders without a discount code, a price difference resulting from promotions or price changes can only be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
  • For bundle discount promotions: If only part of the order is returned, the discount applied to the retained item is voided, and it will be charged at the regular price. The refund will be adjusted accordingly. If all discounted items are returned, we will fully refund the actual amount paid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
