Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at ottocast.de. To track your order, please contact support@ottocast.de, and we will provide you with your order tracking number.

Order Processing Time

  • The time between placing your order and handing the shipment over to the carrier.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may have longer processing times.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours (except on holidays). In such cases, we minimize delivery delays as much as possible.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Note: Since shipping is handled via DHL/DPD, it may take 3–4 days for tracking information to be updated. Once a tracking number is available, we will email it to you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email once your order has been shipped (tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours). Please note: holidays may cause delays.
  • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package, please contact us – we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, please email us at support@ottocast.de. We will contact the carrier immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
  • If you cancel more than 12 hours after payment, a 15 € handling fee will be charged to cover manual warehouse processing.
  • After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

Note

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete to guarantee smooth delivery.
  • If the carrier leaves your package at a “safe” location without a signature, we assume no liability.
  • For returned packages due to refusal or incorrect/missing information, we may charge a shipping fee of up to 10% of the order value.

Taxes

In rare cases, customs duties, fees, or taxes may apply, imposed by your government and payable by the recipient. We have no control over customs decisions. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
