Orders may be returned within 30 days of order fulfillment. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. All components included in the original order must also be returned.

Orders can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 60 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for an exchange, returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear and tear and must have been purchased from the Ottocast.store website. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned.
